Dr. Pratt is a fellow of The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. She completed both her Internal Medicine Residency and 2 years of fellowship in Allergy and Clinical Immunology at McMaster University.
Dr. Pratt is an Assistant Clinical Professor at McMaster where she is involved with research and enjoys teaching residents and medical students.
Dr. Xu completed her Paediatric residency, followed by 2 years of fellowship in Allergy and Clinical Immunology at McMaster University. In her training she treated both adults and children with allergic conditions. She is a certified fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in both specialities.
Dr. Xu has practiced in Milton, and will be expanding to Aviva Medical Specialist Clinic in Burlington. She is pleased to accept referrals for adult and paediatric allergy & clinical immunotherapy and is looking forward to participating in the care of your patients.
Dr. Jain completed his Internal Medicine training from Memorial University of Newfoundland. Here he also did extra elective training in dermatology. Dr. Jain subsequently trained in Allergy and Clinical Immunology at the University of Manitoba where he developed an interest in Skin Immunology and did additional electives in psoriatic arthritis, contact dermatitis, patch testing, and medical dermatology. Dr. Jain's previous research interest included penicillin allergies and angioedema. His current interest includes eczema, psoriasis and hives.

Dr. Mazzetti received her medical degree from the University of Calgary, and completed a fellowship in Endocrinology and Metabolism at McGill University following an Internal Medicine residency at McMaster University. She received her fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in 2015.
Dr. Mazzetti specializes in the diagnosis and management of a variety of endocrine disorders, including diabetes, osteoporosis, and adrenal, pituitary, thyroid and gonadal disorders.

Dr. Papneja received her medical degree from the University College Dublin, Ireland. She trained in Internal Medicine at McMaster University and completed her fellowship in Endocrinology and Metabolism at the University of Western Ontario. Dr. Papneja received her fellowship from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in 2013 and obtained her subspecialty certification in Endocrinology and Metabolism in 2014.
Interest in diseases that affect the endocrine system including Type I diabetes.
Dr. Poddar completed her fellowship in Endocrinology and Metabolism from Western University following a residency in Internal Medicine at McMaster University. She has been a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada since 2014. She has a keen interest in obesity management and prevention and has recently completed additional training in Bariatric and Obesity Medicine from McMaster University.

Dr. Pasyk earned her PhD degree in Physiology and Pharmacology at McMaster University. Following her graduation, she worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow and Research Associate at the Hospital for Sick Children, and the Department of Medicine at the University of Toronto, where she researched diabetes and respiratory disorders. Dr. Pasyk has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications in major medical journals and has given presentations at international conferences. She also co-invented a novel method for diabetes treatment, for which a US patent was granted. Dr. Pasyk completed her specialty training in Internal Medicine at Queens University in Kingston, Ontario, and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Dr. Pasyk is an Affiliate Physician at Hamilton Health Sciences, and is serving patients in the Hamilton/Burlington area, her home community. She is also fluent in Polish and understands other related Slavic languages.

The scope of my practice includes the breadth of adult rheumatology such as inflammatory arthritis, inflammatory spine disease, lupus and other connective tissue diseases, and osteoarthritis. As well, I have a particular interest in osteoporosis.
Dr. Muhammad Iqbal completed his Internal Medicine residency in Chicago and completed his fellowship in Respirology at the University of Missouri. He has worked as full time faculty in the division of Medicine and Respirology for McMaster University for the past 2 years. Dr. Iqbal served as a Respirologist and Medicine Specialists for 5 years prior with Memorial University.
His areas of interest and expertise are Respirology; asthma / COPD, chronic cough dyspnea of unknown causes and abnormal CXR, CT Chest and PFT. Dr. Iqbal would also like to treat patients with the following: complex internal medicine cases with diagnostic uncertanities like chroninc fatigue, non-specific arthritis, and hard to control DM, HTN, cholestrol etc.
Dr. Ronen Jhirad is a Canadian McMaster University trained Vascular Surgeon from with extensive experience in endovascular techniques. He has been practicing full time vascular surgery for over 12 years both in Canada and the U.S. He holds a Certificate of Special Competence in Vascular Surgery with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and completed his medical school training in Toronto. Dr. Jhirad is also a member of the Canadian Society for Vascular Surgery and holds a diploma in Clinical Epidemiology Research from Memorial University.

Dr. Merali is a Board Certified Cardiologist specializing in Echocardiography. She has an active clinical and research interest in cardiac disease prevention, congestive heart failure, and women’s cardiac health.
Dr. Chahal, a McMaster Alumni, is fellowship trained in Advanced Heart Failure and Cardiac Transplantation from The Ohio State University, and is working collaboratively with the University of Toronto to improve heart failure care in the community. Her other clinical interests include pulmonary hypertension, women’s cardiovascular health, and vascular medicine.e.
Dr. Datta has his fellowship in Clinical Cardiology, Royal College and American Board Certified from the University of Western Ontario. He also has a Fellowship in advanced cardiovascular imaging from the University of Western Ontario and Harvard University with PET/CT.
After an exceptional undergraduate science education from the University of Toronto, Dr. Stinson's fascination with chemistry and pharmacology led her to study medicine at McMaster University. She further trained in Hamilton to obtain specialty fellowship certification in Internal Medicine and subspecialty credentials in Cardiology, with a focus on echocardiography.
Dr. Stinson has extensive clinical experience, including over a decade in the academic hospital setting at McMaster University and most recently as a community cardiologist in Cambridge. Her clinical interests include assessment and management of Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease, Hypertension, and Dyslipidemia, plus a wide range of other common cardiac conditions or concerns. She enjoys open communication and appreciates that patient education is an important facet of her role as a cardiologist.
